The SAGA continues.................

After the orange which tasted sour and merupu that stalled for unknown reasons,racha has been the most awaited movie for the mega power star fans this year.
The movie has hit the theaters today worldwide and everyone is anxious to know whether it justified its title.

THE PLOT::

Raj (Charan) known as betting raj is fond of bets and wins huge money through them.However his foster parent( M.S Narayana) goes through severe liver damage and requires 20 lakhs for his treatment. James(Ajmal of Rangam fame) who is equally fond of bets challenges Raj of unique bet of proposing to a girl chaitra(tamanna) who is daughter of billionaire .So Raj decides to take up the challenge as James agrees to pay all the expenses for his father's treatment. It is how Raj wins her heart and then faces wrath of her father is the plot.

Even though the initial plot looks cool,the director made it quite complex by mixing story of different zones to showcase it as Mass Entertainer and finally ended up miscellany of multiple stories which made it routine flick with predictable story line just like any other commercial movie.

Performances::

Ram Charan::His performance in the film apt to his role and but the stunts he made reminded me of Palnati Bramhanaidu of balakrishna.Especially a scene where his lifts a scooty with single hand and rotates it like cowboy.However the hardwork of Ramcharan is quite visible in his dances.

Tamanna:: She is lucky to get meaty roles which are heroine centered(Ooseravalli,badrinath ,Racha).But all of them are failing at boxoffice inspite of her justification to the role.Probably she is the best dancer among all the heroines in tollywood.Her Dance is Vana Vana song is superb.

Ajmal: After that performance in Rangam,i dont know what attracted him to don this role which has not much importance.

Direction::

Sampath Nandi worked as an assistant to Posani Krishna Murali for more than 10 films before making his debut.So,his impact is see in most of the places.
However Credit should be given for convincing everyone along with chiranjeevi garu with the script that exactly resembles Bunny.He just tried too much to make it mass entertainer and made some mistakes which are clearly visible,lack of expertise clearly shownoff.
